Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel your appointment 24 hours notice is required to allow other clients the opportunity of booking the slot.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the allotted time and the appointment slot cannot be filled, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged and must be paid before your next appointment.

Deposits 

First appointments may be asked for a £10 deposit at the time of booking. 

Inappropriate behaviour 

The treatment will be immediately ended and the full price of the treatment will be charged.
